Project initialized with an OpenCode-friendly AI development baseline.

Getting started

  1. Complete docs/PROJECT.md.

  2. Open this directory in a terminal.

  3. Start OpenCode:

    opencode

  4. Switch to Plan mode and use:

    Read AGENTS.md and all files under docs/.

Help me define the smallest useful MVP for this application.
Inspect the current repository, identify missing decisions, propose the
architecture and testing strategy, and do not modify files yet.
